Wow! There are some very, very talented digital artists out there. Today, I downloaded several Designs by Rozie freebies from www.digitalscrapcafe.com. The reason I'm in pursuit of freebies is because #1 I don't have alot of money to spend on digital papers and elements and #2 this is a new hobby for me, and I want to make sure it "sticks" before I do spend a bunch of money!!!
I'll make a couple of layouts out of the freebie papers and post them maybe later today.
